0.1-0.15mg-kg dose up to 5 mg every 20 min for 1-2 h {minimum dose 1.25mg-dose} or 0.1-0.5mg-kg-h by continuous nebulizationmaximum 15mg-hour or 3.4 Plus ,- 2.23mg-kg-h in ventilated patients.
