Can we start antibiotic on the basis of urinalysis until c, s report, patient symptomatic and known Nephrotic syndrome and on steriod alternate day dose. not toxic. or we should wait report of c, s.

this is a style of practice..the only true risk of indiscriment use of antiboitics will be the risk {minimal} of fungal infection {steroids and antibiotics}
