Can we give Netilmicin inj in OD _?is that it effacaciy will be same and there will be no other effects_?

yes all aminoglycosides can be given as an OD dose the efficacy does not get altered.

Yes, Netilmycin can be given OD in dose of 1.7-2.2 mg, kg IM or IV q8h or 5.5 mg, kg IV once daily. The most important is to maintain trough levels.
