Can Inj. Diclofenac IM be used in a case of dengue. What are the drugs contraindicated in dengue and what is the reason for their contraindication?

IM injections should be avoided in view of thrombocytopenia. Aspirin should be avoided in dengue fever due to the risk of Reye's syndrome.
