Is it necessary to give purgative with pyrantel palmoate or levamisole? if yes which is the ideal purgative?

This drug is mainly used for ascaris Lumricoid infestation......it should be given with strong stimulant purgatives

above drugs are used mainly in pinworm or hookworm and purgatives are not necessary .
only in case of tapeworms like Tinea Solium (Niclosamide) a saline purge 2 hrs after treatment is a must. The same is applicable to Praziquantel .
