An 11 year old girl had strep throat 2mth ago. 1mth ago onset of LUQ pain, fatique and loss of appetite. 2wks ago onset of L flank pain and enlarged lymph nodes under her chin. Labs {CBC,amylase, liver enzymes, sed rate}normal values. Cat Scan of abdm-unremarkable. Did experience constipation over past week-resolved. Symptoms are unchanged. It has been 5 weeks-what could be the differential diagnosis?
