AFTER RECONSTITUTION OF LINEZOLIDE DRY SYRUP FOR PAEDIATRIC USE , CAN IT BE STABLE FOR USE WITHIN THREE TO FOUR DAYS WHILE LINEZOLIDE IN I.V FORM IS SUGGESTED TO USE WITHIN 24 HRS. PL SEND UR OPINION. WITH THANKS Y.P

The oral suspension of linezolid should be stored at room temperature and may be used for up to 3 weeks after reconstitution. The suspension dosage formulation contains 20mg phenylalanine per teaspoon.
