adult aged 34years ,in contact with 1-2cases of chickenpox in office had chicken pox in childhood .
is it safe and advisable to take immunisation against chickenpox{inj.varilix or inj.okavax}

Expert Answer :
IF the adult has already had chickenpox in the past, he is immune to the disease as there should be presence of chickenpox antibodies. VAccine would be advisable only if the antibodies are in the non-protective range.
