A boy who is 4 yrs old did a test called " Antibody to Tuberculosis - IgM" , and the result was EQuivocal { 0.96 units }. Family screening is negative. Is it suggestive of TB?

every one will be exposed to TB and will have immunity. So chances that all of us have positivity is high. But tell me how do we speak of antibody mediated immunity in TB when it is more of Cell mediated immunity and hypersensitivity.
