A 6 years patient having fever,vomitting,pain abdomen fever is around 103 continuos not responding to anti pyretic for last 7 days.He is on tab cefixime.His blood report is as under platelet count 77000....S.BILIRUBIN-3..DIRECt-2 and indirect-1.ELISA FOR DENDUE NEGATIVE.PS FOR MP NEGATIVE,urine is having 6-7 pus cells rest of the CBC is normal.Hb 11.5..what could be the probable dignosis.CAN Tab Chloroquine can be given in this case.

Rule out malaria, hepatitis, leptospirosis, septicemia, typhus. What are the liver enzymes, wbc count and hemoglobin.
