This boy requires to be given only 2 doses of any tissue culture vaccine on day 0 and on 7th day.The previous 3 doses will act as preexposure prophylaxis. If there is fresh bite within 5 years, one needs to give only 2 doses at 0 and 7th day .There is no
need of giving rabies immunoglobulin with pre exposure prophylaxis. After 5 years of previous dose,if there is any bite minimum of 5 doses schedule to be followed.
