a 5 yrs old boy brought to my emergency with severe
anaemia and altered sesorium FOR ONE DAY FEVER FOR 2 DAYS..VOMITTING 2-3 EPISODE..on examination he was stuporose,plantar bilatreral extensor.neck stiffness and kenig absent. liver 3 finger firm.spleen 3 finger firm.
investigation-Hb-2gm percent,TLC -29000,POLY 90 percent..MP NEGATIVE,GBP-NORMOCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC ANAMIA....PLATELET..1.12 LAKHS.THERE IS NO HISTORY OF CONVULSION.WHAT COULD BE DIGNOSIS

Rule out intracranial bleed. Also rule out coagulopathy and bleeding from any other site.
