Expert Answer :
What are the direct and indirect component of bilirubin_? Since the enzymes are not very high, the child has only mild hepatomegaly and alkaline phosphatase is normal, one should rule out Budd Chiari syndrome, drug induced hepatitis, NCPF, and chronic liver disease. A colour doppler for hepatic veins and more detailed history would be needed.
