2y old child present with ataxia, flushing ,tachycardia More Than 150,m, drowsiness. The mother gave history of bitter almond ingestion. How to manage her?

first of all supportive therapy ABC-baby condition can be do to aspiration of almond or anaphylactic reaction to almond -ABG for suspected hypoxia -chest x-ray ,WBC,ESR for signs or infection-MRI-brain may be needed for signs or cerebellar infection or abcess -brochoscopy can be diagnostic and therapeutic in case of almond aspiration -treatment depend on result of investigation

Bitter almonds, are known to be poisonous. Cyanide is the basis of their toxicity. Sodium nitrite and sodium thiosulfate are required along with other supportive measures for the treatment.
