2 month old baby of a working mother. BF not possible in day time
{9 working hours} . Started by a pediatrician on formula feeding. ONE MONTH AFTER SHE SHOWED it to another pediatrician for some problem who stopped formula and stsrted cow milk. BABY WAS THRIVING WELL ON FORMULA . HOW MUCH RATIONAL IT IS?

The patient should have been given option to pumb breast milk and freez it. or stay on formular

It is absolutely rational.
Exclusive breast feeding is THE choice but forced-unavoidable option of top feeding is dictated only by 1}nutritional adequecy,2}sterilization standards,3}cost and availability
Rest is Family choice and trial....

it is not rational to put the baby either on formula feeding or on cows milk mother should give expressed breast milk which is well kept in refregrator
