2 half month old child with fat malabsorption is not gaining weight. Child is on exclusive breast feeds. Presently child is weighing 2.2kgs. Tell me how to improve his nutritional status? Can we use MCT in this child?

If you are thinking of fat malabsorption, what do you think is the etiology? MCT will definetely help with fat absorption. How is the infant's coagulation status?
