16years old boy presented with sublingual mass for 1day ,clinical exam reveal: generalized lymphadenopathy, pale,not jaundice or cyanosed, no hepatomegaly or splenomegaly, T.W.B.Cs:7000 , E.S.R:65 ,there is thrombocytopenia.

Difficult to comment without looking at the mass. Does it move with deglutition_? Is it a node_? It may be an abscess. Get a pediatric surgery opinion.
