10 yrs male boy getting low grade continous fever since 2months.Appetite normal. no weight loss ,not anaemic,not icteric, no lymphadenopathy. Investigations revealed esr 60mm 1st hr,antitubercular IgG is increased and IgM is normal.Mx Negative. Hb and TC dc within normal range.Urine-NAD .Widal 1:40 O positive. Anti rheumatoid factor -ve. Treatment given- initially amoxycillin was given no response. Cefixime was given 7 days no response ATT started since 1month, but there is no response. kindly advise

Rule out leukemia and connective tissue disorder. A bone marrow exam and C3 levels would be needed. Do a USG abdomen.
