WHAT IS THE ROLE OF LACTOSE FREE MILK IN LOOSE STOOLS IN INFANT LESS THAN 6 MONTH OF AGE.
SOME PEDIATRICIAN ADVISEVD FOR LACTOSE FREE MILK AND STOP REGULAR MILK IS THERE ANY ROLS OF LACTOSE FREE MILK IN ACUTE DIARRHOEA IE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF LOOSE STOOLS.

Lactose free milk should only be given in cases of lactose intolerance and not all diarrhea.

There is no role of lactose free milk in acute diarrhea

Yes cause in case of diarrhea there is temporary lactase deficiency causing lactose intolerance
