Arteether is now known as Artemotil. Studies have found the dose to be 3.2 mg- kg on day 0 and 1.6 mg- kg on days 1–4. Acute toxicity data has shown that animals receiving a single high dose of Artemotil in sesame oil died between days 5 and 11.
