Can we switch to intramuscular Arteether after giving intravenous Quinine for 2 or 3 days in Chloroquine resistant falciparum malaria?

instead we can give oral quinine once child accepts orally, as its absorption is almost similar to IV route

we should continue with quinine for atleast 7 days, followed by oral therapy

No there is no point in shifting from quinine to arthether unless the child is not tolerating quinine.
