what is the dose of Ampoxin {Ampicillin plus Cloxacillin} in a 20 kg child and of age 10 years _?

The dose for Ampicillin in Children Weighing 20 kg is as follows:-

For genitourinary or gastrointestinal tract infections, the usual dose is 100 mg, kg, day total, 4 times a day in equally divided and spaced doses. For respiratory infections, the usual dose is 50 mg, kg, day total, in equally divided and spaced doses three to four times daily.

The dose for Cloxacillin is as follows:-

Usual dose is 25 to 50 mg per kg , day total, 4 times a day in equally divided and spaced doses.

The dose of the combination is yet not known.
