we know dirrhoea do not need antibiotics.for dysentry
different antibiotics are availlable like syp furoxone, syp
oflox,syp nitazoxide syp Colistin sulphate, inj genta mycin.
can u please let me know about the specific indications of different antidiotics in dysentry.i mean when to use specific antibiotics.
