two day full term neonate 2.7 kg presented with early onset progressive severe respiratory distress,no significant antanatal or intranatal history,hemogarm normal,crp mild positive,x ray normal,2 d echo severe pulmonary hypertension{85},creat 2,bul 80,abg normal,distress decrease on iv lasix,po seldenafil,bosentan,but develop convulsion on day 3,usg abd normal,neuro usg normal,

Expert Answer :
I would definitely suggest usage of MgSO4 - which is cheaper better understood in our country than using Bosentan!!
