Test for IgM antibodies for salmonela typhii is how much useful to a clinician? On which day of infection it appears? How long it lasts? Is there in any quantification? Does it have any relation with severity? How much is sensitivity and specificity?

very useful .ithing it is seven days .six month.yes. 1-16o .yes.widal,s test alone is pron to error
