No therapy needed because of incidentally found high ASO with no symptoms unless the patient is high risk

No there is no need to treat a child with incidently found positive ASO titre if the child has no symptoms.

no,no need to treat if asymtomatic,and CRP -ve, just repeat the test after sometime.
