Should Rotavirus Vaccine be included in routine immunisation schedule or it should be kept reserved for selected cases?

rota virus infection is thecommonest cause of diarrea in children, if the cost of vaccine can be subsidized, and vaccine made available freely, i think it can be included in routine immunisation, again the efficacy of vaccine shoud be taken into account
