should i restrict fluids in patient with poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis presented only with periorbital oedema and mild hypertension

Salt restriction is more important then fluid restriction for that will drive the volume intake

NO , FLUID RESTRICTION WILL ACTIVATED RENIN ANGIOTENSIN SYSTEM - WORSEN HTN AND EDEMA.
MAINTAIN NORMAL FLUID BALANCE
