premature baby at 25 weeks with salmonella enteritidis septicemia { blood culture and tracheal swab} .
mother was diagnosed with hodgkin lymphoma add defaulted treatment, even mother blood culture, placental swab, urine culture grew salmonella entiritidis.
can you give advice duration of antibiotcs that this neonates should received

Third generation cephalosporins are effective and treatment would be till culture becomes negative which may be 14 days or longer.
