Please give me criteria for SOME and SEVERE dehydration as a lot of books and manuals have confused me with a lot of criterias.

SOME Dehydration-Two or more of following signs-
* Restless,irritable
* Drinks eagerly,thirsty
* skin pinch goes back slowly
* sunken eyes
SEVERE dehydration-two or more of the following signs-
* Lethargic or unconscious
* Sunken Eyes
* Not able to drink or drinks poorly
* skin pinch goes back very slowly

WHO simplify this with 4 criterias, 1}condition of pt either irritable or drowsy 2}eyes sunken or very sunken 3}thirst increase or absent 4}skin turgor go back slowly or very slowly.

SEVERE DEHYDRATION:
Two of the following signs:
- Lethargic or unconscious
- Not able to drink or drinking poorly
- Sunken eyes
- Skin pinch goes back very slowly
Some dehydration:
