one year male first product of distant consanguity,delayed motor milestones,normal mentally,BW 3 kg,failure to thive wt 5 kg,head cc 42 cm,but ht 58 cm only,wide af,no clinical hypothyrodsm,no constipation,average oral intake,parents of average heights,mild hepatosplenomegaly,coarse facies,short and chubby hands,mild hypochomic anemia,no dysostosis multiplexa on x rays,11 ribs,usg AF and abdomen nothing significant,no clinical and biochemical rickets,chest x ray normal

Rule out MPS, rickets, hypothyroidism, HIV, skeletal dysplasias.
