My son is 1 month old and he has a hard lump underneath his one of his breasts. The other breast seems to feel normal. What this might be?

Phsiological gynaecomastia due to maternal hormaonal influence. Rule out lipoma or other soft tissue tumours.

it may be tumer, it must be removed.
Otherwise it may lead to cancer.
