Is there is any difference in clinical presentation of a down syndrome child if it's due to nondysjunctional or translocation type?

Scientists still have not been able to isolate the particular genes responsible for the phenotype of Downs syndrome and hence genotypic and phenothypic variability cannot be commnented upon.
