Is the use of analgesic,antibiotic ear drops contraindicated in cases of Acute otitis media without perforation?

In acute otitis media there is no role of aural antibiotic drops. They are required only in case of chronic otitis media. For acute otitis media, oral antibiotics are recommended.

antibiotic drops are not indicated....though i dont think they r contraindicated.
