no. Pertussis is contraindicated only in progressive neurological disorders or any serious reactions to the previous dose of the vaccine.

Pertusis vaccine is not given during the neonatal period . it is given only after 28 days.

No reason to holdon pertussis vaccine.
Only progressive encephalopathies-seizure disorder are conditions of precaution
