In a child with liver failure and borderline increased coagulation profile but no symptomatic bleeding, if the child has fever,what options of antipyretic do we have apart from Paracetamol since Paracetamol is not advised or actually contraindicated?

No any antipyratic is safe in liver failure, only tapid sponging is done
