I have nicu setup. In summer season its difficult to maintain temp. I cannot afford an AC in nicu. Can we do wet mopping if child is running fever?

Give extra fluids and do not overwrap the babies. Sponging the baby may help if there is hyperpyrexia. Else daily sponge or bath may be useful if the baby is fit for the same. If not, just give paracetamol.
