i asked before about car or home delivery...but if unsterlised instrument is used...is it neccessary to start anti tetanus before 6 weeks_?

Then I think you may need to sterilise the cord and if it is a high risk baby with mom being NOT immunised against tetanus. I guess we are discussing hypothetical here - we may have to consider the Tetanus immunoglobulins to protect the baby from Neonatal tetanus as the DTP takes time to protect the baby................
