How to differentiate clinically between dengue fever with bleeding complications and Hemorrhagic dengue fever?

Dengue fever with bleeding is dengue hemoorhagic fever. Both dengue and dengue hemorrhagic fever will have thrombocytopenia but that does not cause bleeding. Bleeding is due to coagulopathy and manifested bleeding is a sign of DHF
