If you want your child to get rid of intestinal worms without maintaining hygeine you need to give every 15 days. You cannot eradicate unless hygeine is maintained, particularly pinwormit can reinfect the child within 15 days. in olden days, the drugs used for deworming paralyses the worms and you need to gve laxative along with deworming agent at bed time.but the present deworming agents kills the organism and no timing is needed

Deworming is recommended only if the child is suspected to have worms. Only a single course may be required. It is preferable to give the medicine after dinner in night so that if there are worms they come out in next day stools.
