FEMALE BABY DELIVERED BY LSCS, PRESENTED WITH ABNORMAL LARGE HEAD WITH ABNORMAL FACE. BORN TO 2ND DEGREE CONSANGUINOUS PARENTS. On Examination - MACROCEPHALY {HYDROCEPHALUS, HC-43CM} WITH WIDE OPEN FONTALLES, FLAT FACE, LARGE FOREHEAD, FLAT NASAL BRIDGE, bilateral ANOPHTHOLMOS, LOW SET EARS, SINGLE NOSTRIL WITH CHOANAL ATRESIA, OESOPHAGIAL ATRESIA WITH FISTULA, LEFT HAND POLYDACTYLY {6 FINGERS}. MOUTH BREATHING, CENTRAL CYANOSIS, UMBILICUS NORMAL, PASSED URINE and MECONIUM. MOTHER HAD NOT TAKEN ANC VISIT and OR ANY DRUGS. DIED WITH IN 45 MINUTES OF DELIVERY What is the likely diagnosis_?
