During anti-malarial therapy why iron supplemenation is not given?

both cause more acidity,because of that iron supplemention is not given with anti malarial drug.

Since in malaria, the anemia is due to hemolysis that occurs within the body, the iron that is released from the RBCs is stored within the tissues. Thus when new RBCs are formed, this iron store is reused. Hence iron supplementation is not required.
