can we use Deflazacort in asthma and other allergic conditions ,what r the benefits over prednisolone

Since Deflazacort is a synthetic steroid with anti-inflammatory effect, it can be used in severe allergic reactions like anaphylaxis, asthma, Rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis etc.
I don’t see much benefit over prednisilone however I don’t have much experience in the case of this medicine.
