Can we get cardiomegaly in TGA with VSD and PS? How?

TGA with VSD and PS has the same physiology as Tetralogy of Fallot and the cardiomegaly is due to VSD and PS causing right ventricular hypertrophy.

yeas,when there is PS there is decrease blood flow from left heart lead to incrase blood flow through VSD from Lt to Rt increase Rt heart lead to systemic hypertention leading to cardiomegaly
