Can Mefenamic acid b prescribed as routine antipyretics in place of plain Paracetamol_? Is ibuprufen andParacetamol a better antipyretic than plain PARACETAMOL_?

Mefenamic acid is not recommended in children less than 14 years of age. Appropriate studies have not been performed on the relationship of age to the effects of Mefenamic acid in children below 14 years of age. Safety and efficacy have not been established.
