A three year old female child continues to pass adult beetle-like insect occasionally through stool for the last few months{SCARABIASIS}.She has complaints of frequent abdominal painalong with loss of appetite. She has been tried with laxatives, Albendazole, Mebendazole, Ivermetrine, Nitazoxanide etc. with poor response. What are the other treatment modalities to cure this condition?

i think patient have developed Antihelmintic Resistance, try something unconventional tobacco e.g.

Saline purgatives which helps remove the larvae from the body and drugs like Metronindazole help kill the larvae.
