A child with nephrotic syndrome for more than 1 year with relapses every time the steroids are tapered off.Methyl Prednisolone was given fr0m 18-22th Feb.03. On 23.2.03 cyclosphosphamide {endoxan} IV was given, however she is not responding to the drugs. serum creatinine is now 2.0 and oedema has increased. What are the treatment options available now?
