A CHILD HAS TAKEN 2 DOSES OF HEPATITIS-B IN 8-97 and 9-97. THEN A LAPSE OF 6 YRS. HOW TO CONTINUE HIS DOSES?

Reimmunize entire schedule.

80- 90 Percent seroconversion after two doses but 50 Percent fall in titer by first year.but protective titre last for almost 10-20 years.hence only one booster is required.
