A breast feeding mother having a two month infant develops Chicken pox. How is the infant and mother to be managed?Is Aclovir to be given to the mother?Is the infant to be given VZIG,Acyclovir?

give VZIG 125U. and acyclovir 20mg-kg q 4-6hrly

for the mother acyclover can only be given in some selected cases not routinely and but for the baby it is recommended and no need for vzig since he already had got infection
