A 2YRS 7 MNTHS CHILD IS STILL HAVING OPEN ANTERIOR FONTANELLE.IT IS PULSATILE, NOT BULGING. HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE and INTELLECT are NORMAL.WHAT INVESTIGATIONS TO DO? WHAT ARE THE D,D?

Since the milestones are normal, one may consider the following D-D:

Pyknodysostosis, Russell-Silver Syndrome, Preterms, Hydrocephalus, Rickets, Congenital rubella, Congenital syphilis, achondroplasia, PEM, Cutis laxa, Hypophosphatasia, Mucopolysaccharidoses.
